The program focuses on non-competitive skills development. Our program encourages coaches to focus on individual skills development with a basic introduction to the game. Teams hold a single 60 minute practice session each week. Games are played on Saturday using a 3v3 playing format. Team sizes not to exceed six. Players will use a size 3 ball.

Team sizes not to exceed eight. 7 yr players will use a size 3 ball. 8-9 yr and 10-12 yr players will use a size 4 ball.
