Neighborhood Sports regular registration for its fall season of recreational soccer in Steiner Ranch is now open. The program offers kids, ages 4-12, an opportunity to play recreational soccer, locally in your neighborhood.

Practices: practice fields are chosen by the head coach & include conveniently located fields in Steiner Ranch, River Place, and Grandview Hills
Soccer age brackets: 4 yr Co-ed, 5 yr Co-ed, 6 yr Co-ed, 7 yr Boys, 7 yr Girls, 8-9 yr Boys, 8-9 yr Girls, 10-12 yr Boys, 10-12 yr Girls
(Fall 2010 default age bracket based on player age as of September 1, 2010)
Soccer Player Skills Day: August 21, 2010 - Bella Mar Field, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ((Complete))
Coaches Meeting: August 28, 2010 - Bella Mar Field, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Season: Saturdays, September 18, 2010 thru Nov 6, 2010; World Cup Tournament VII: Nov 13-14, 2010.
Practice: One weekly practice. (Day, time, and field location set by head coach - most teams practice in Steiner Ranch, some teams practice in River Place or Grandview Hills)
Regular Registration ends August 20, 2010 but may end sooner if the bracket becomes full; whichever comes first.

Play both, Soccer & NFL Youth Flag Football for only $190, a savings of $30! Now you can play Soccer & NFL Youth Flag Football on the same weekend. Games will be scheduled at opposite times of the day so there will be no conflict. All in your neighborhood! Open to ages 7 and up. To facilitate game scheduling, the league will assign dual sport players to common teams.
Program Overview
4 yr Co-ed / 5 yr Co-ed / 6 yr Co-ed Recreational Soccer
The program focuses on non-competitive skills development. Our program encourages coaches to focus on individual skills development with a basic introduction to the game. Teams hold a single 60 minute practice session each week. Games are played on Saturday using a 3v3 playing format. Team sizes not to exceed six. Players will use a size 3 ball.
7 yr Boys / 8-9 yr Boys / 10-12 yr Boys / 7 yr Girls / 8-9 yr Girls / 10-12 yr Girls Recreational Soccer
The program focuses on individual and team skills development and concepts. Teams hold a single 60-90 minute practice session each week. Games are played on Saturday using a 4v4 playing format. Team sizes not to exceed eight. 7 yr players will use a size 3 ball. 8-9 and 10-12 yr players will use a size 4 ball.
