Speed and Strength Camp

Build strength and speedSpeed and strength are necessary for most sports and this camp will help lay the foundation every athlete needs. Our sessions are designed to help with body mechanics for running form, increase: reaction time, agility, explosive power, flexibility, and strength. 

 

workout with usSome of our instructors were trained at the University of Texas strength and speed programs that helped the University win its recent National Championship in Football in 2006. Most of our instructors are current or former athletes and all of them are dedicated to helping young athletes. Test results showed that all of our campers improved in speed and or strength at our camp last year.

 Our program is designed to teach young male and female athletes the proper techniques needed to improve their speed and strength. Our program is specifically designed for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Camps held at numerous locations to make it convientent for you.
